terms and conditions

booking fee

once the service details have been confirmed, amanda will send through an invoice. to secure the booking, a 30% non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required. clients are asked to email a screenshot of the payment once it has been made. the date will be confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

the remaining balance is due no later than one week before the booking. this applies to all services, including weddings.

travel

available to travel for groups of 3 or more. if you have less than 3 people please get in touch as amanda may be able to organize a smaller booking dependent on availability. client/s will be sent quote on travel cost determined by the cost of mileage, on the road fee and any parking costs.

early morning fee

an early morning fee of $50 per hour will apply to a start time commencing before 8am.

cancellations

if client wishes to cancel their appointment, they must notify amanda via email at their earliest convenience. all deposits are non-refundable or transferable, and therefore will not be refunded or transferred in the case of any cancellation.

cancellation by amanda

if amanda is unwell or presented with covid-19 symptoms on the date of a client's booking and has to cancel, she will try her best to find a replacement artist. to amanda's discretion, will the booking amount be refunded to the client or transferred to the new artist.

photos/social media

amanda reserves the right to take/use photos/videos of her makeup work on client and may use these on social media, portfolio and promotional use.

liability

amanda kisona makeup reserves the right to refuse service if the client is displaying contagious viral symptoms.

amanda kisona makeup is not, under any circumstances, responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations to products used. the onus is on the client to give advance notice if you or any of your group have specific allergies or sensitivities. in no event shall amanda have any liability for incidental or consequential damages. should a reaction occur amanda will do her best to ease the situation.
